The Site Manager is responsible for all aspects of the carwash and facility operations. Responsibilities include Team scheduling, day-to-day operational management, hiring and personnel management, profit & loss oversight, and providing and managing the highest level of Guest service.
Reports to the Site Manager and Assistant Manager and is trained to assist with all aspects of the carwash operation. Tasks including guiding cars on to the conveyor, ensuring clean and presentable facilities, and providing benefits of each single and membership carwash tier to Guests at the Welcome Stations.
