How We Clean & Recycle Water
Most reclaim systems provide some combination of the following methods:
- Settling Tanks
- Oxidation
- Filtration
- Flocculation
- Ozone
Our systems are engineered to optimize water flow through and pressure across the cyclones for optimal cleaning potential. Ambient air is converted to ozone to kill bacteria through oxidation and aeration. Car wash reclaim systems usually will provide wash quality water within a range of 30 to 125 gallons per minute (gpm) with a particulate rating of 5 microns.
Here at ClearWater, we use less than 15 gallons of freshwater because 60% of our water goes through a reclamation and cleaning process that allows us to reuse it over and over.

Vince and Dan MacNeil founded MACNEIL WASH SYSTEMS in a small shop in 1982. The first MacNeil Car Wash Conveyor Track was developed and only sold in Canada. The MacNeil brothers knew their technology would be a hit in the international market and brought their innovation to a major USA trade show where it was a sensation and an immediate hit in the market.
Encouraged by the success of their initial product, MacNeil brothers built an entire car wash system incorporating the same design principles.

Power up your vehicle while taking advantage of our premium vacuums with our ChargePoint Level 2 charging stations. Our charging stations use standard SAE J1772™ Level 2 single or dual port charging with locking holsters, with each port supplying up to 7.2 kW and are functional from -40°C to 50°C.
