  • Can you explain the wash process?

    Here's what you can expect from our car wash:


    1. (3) Pay stations - to get you through the line quickly and safely. In 5 minutes we will have you through the wash
    2. Our friendly staff will guide you into the wash with a smile
    3. Presoak lifts the grime off the paint so it can be whisked away safely - computer-controlled for efficiency and recycled waste water
    4. Extra long tunnel to ensure the lubricated soft foam fingers sweep away every inch of your car
    5. Layered waxes - to create a deep lustrous shine
    6. Ceramic Shield - cutting edge protection for your paint
    7. 13 dryers to prevent spotting and freeze up
    8. Top it off with Tire shine to give it that new car look
    9. Free Vacuums for a clean car inside and out
    10. With every wash: Safe for the environment, biodegradable soaps, better and faster than doing it yourself

  • Do I remain in my vehicle?

    Yes! One of our attendants will help guide you through the process. We’ll just need you to put your car in neutral.

  • What vehicle restrictions do you have at ClearWater CarWash?

    Damage is unlikely to occur to vehicles in our wash, but there are some things to consider.

    • We are not responsible for any aftermarket accessories added to your vehicle.
    • If a vehicle is 10 years or older, there may be loose, rusted, or previously damaged parts. Please do not come through the wash if you have damage to your vehicle as we will not be responsible for anything that happens as a result of this damage.
    • Large trucks with tripod mirrors and/or dual wheels cannot be accommodated in the wash.
    • Bike or rear-mounted racks, sports racks, ladders, fuel tanks, and towing hitches cannot be taken through the wash.
    • Truck beds must be cleared of all debris or could cause damage.
    • Maximum vehicle height of 86 inches for entry into the wash.
    • Vehicle cannot sit 5 inches or lower to the ground.
    • Tires cannot be wider than 12.5 inches.
  • Why do you put a sticker on my windshield?

    To ensure that only one vehicle is receiving the benefits of the Frequent Flyer program, the sticker (an RFID pass) must be affixed to the vehicle’s windshield. The windshield provides the most convenient and secure location for the pass while allowing the RFID reader to scan your barcode. This also allows you to wash without providing payment at each visit.

  • How does the RFID pass work?

    The RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) pass is similar to toll booths. Our automated teller machine reads your vehicle’s pass as it approaches and syncs it to your membership, so no payment is needed at the time of the wash. Upon your approach, the gate will rise. Just drive through to start your wash!

  • What makes ClearWater CarWash different than other car washes?

    Our wash provides protection with a luxury triple layer shine. Stay in your car as it is pushed through the wash. Upon exiting the wash, simply drive off, or use one of our free vacuum stalls.

  • Does any water used in the wash get recycled?

    Yes! We use water conservation systems throughout the entire car wash process, recycling approximately 70% of the water used on your vehicle. Furthermore, our car wash process uses an estimated 85% less water than the typical at-home car washing!

  • How long can I use the vacuums?

    Our vacuums are free to use with the purchase of any wash or Frequent Flyer plan and can be used as long as needed. During busy times, we ask that you please limit your vacuum use to 8 minutes so that others may utilize the services.

  • Are vacuums free?

    Yes! We’ve installed amazing 60 hp vacuums and they’re included with every wash.

  • How do I sign up for the Frequent Flyer Club?

    Visit ClearWater CarWash, in the online Shop or at the pay station on site, select the wash you want, and pay with a credit or debit card. If you purchase online, bring your emailed receipt and unique barcode to the wash (printed or on your smartphone) with the credit card used to purchase your Frequent Flyer Membership. A customer service representative will finish setting you up for automatic entry to the wash.

  • Can I use my Membership for more than one car?

    No. Memberships are unique for each car and cannot be transferred. If you have more than one car in your household, you will need to purchase a Membership for each car.

  • When does my Frequent Flyer Membership renew?

    Memberships renew 30 days after the activation of the Membership. If you would like to discontinue without a recharge, please cancel your Membership 10 days before renewal to allow time to process the request. Membership will remain active for the remainder of your current month. No refunds given for early cancelation.

  • How can I cancel my Frequent Flyer Membership?

    Simply cancel here on our website when you select “Manage My Membership” on the Shop page, or come to the wash and we can help you. Please allow 7 days to process. No refunds will be given when discontinuing.

  • Do you offer an Unlimited Monthly Car Wash Membership?

    We do, but we call it the Frequent Flyer Club! Check out our Frequent Flyer page for full details and Membership pricing.

  • Do you sell gift cards?

    Yes! We have wash books and gift cards avilable for purchase onsite.
