Travis sat down for an interview with Octane, Canada's Car Wash & Petroleum Magazine, to discuss the innovative ways ClearWater CarWash is designed to best serve our customers.
It all started when Travis worked for his cousin and uncle's car wash business, learning what a car wash needs to be successful. This interest turned into a passion as he attended the car wash industry tradeshows and visiting nearly 100 of the top car wash facilities in the country (and a couple in Europe). Travis also attended many training opportunities hosted by vendors on their equipment.
From marketing programs, staff retention, operations, and more, he felt confident that he had a clear plan on what it would take to make a carwash built with character. Believe it or not, to begin Travis worked with an architect that designed The Cheesecake Factory franchise buildings. Carwashes are just as much a retail service as a restaurant, and the vision for ClearWater CarWash was to provide the same level of experience.
